The room was really spacious. It had a great price, too (i was actually surprised). The shower was new and nice.
The swimming pool was under maintenance. It was not available for use during my full stay. I was informed of this after checking in and paying in full upfront for the stay. The alternative offered was for me to use their sister hotel's pool and gym. I needed to take a taxi for that and they offered to pay the taxi cost.

a wonderful escape

The staff provided attentive service. bellboys were especially helpful with our luggage. the lobby exuded a cute ambiance. i loved the thoughtful touch of packed biscuits for the children, we felt so welcome. i had a really good size bed, it was like 6 foot width! the pool has a great view of the flyer. It was perfect.

The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. I slept so well. the shower worked well too. it was a pleasure after a long day of sightseeing.

I enjoyed ravioli at the ginger restaurant, it was delicious. the coffee from the coffee machine was superb. the buffet spread for media was good. I appreciated the variety.

adequate stay with some issues
comfy bedfaulty equipmentphone beeping
the beds were comfy and they combined two twin beds well. this made it very comfortable for two adults and a child to sleep on.
i encountered issues with faulty equipment that affected my sleep. one night, a bathroom light kept turning on by itself and maintenance fixed it around midnight. another night, the phone started beeping at 3:45 am and i could not unplug it.
