Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities
varied breakfast gym equipment
The gym includes a variety of equipment. I noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The buffet breakfast featured a very wide selection and included many options.

cold staff limited breakfast
Location was acceptable, close to the Arab district with great food options.
The service standards seem to have dropped considerably. Reception staff was cold and hurried when I asked questions. Breakfast choices are now limited and the breakfast area was very crowded during peak hours.

Fantastic Hotel Experience
spacious room clean room refurbished shower efficient service
The room was spacious and clean (a huge plus!). I particularly enjoyed the refurbished shower. It felt very modern. Breakfast had a generous spread. The variety kept things interesting. Checkout was quick. The efficient service made my departure smooth.
I noticed that the gym and pool were under maintenance .

The room included comfortable beds and updated decor. It featured a rainfall shower and ample space for luggage. Two separate sinks were provided in the bathroom for added convenience.

Ginger restaurant offered a generous breakfast buffet daily (especially the pancakes!). The buffet included both western and asian options. The club lounge also served afternoon tea with sandwiches and cakes.
Service

Viky provided cute service, always greeting me with a smile. Xina was professional and answered questions promptly during wedding planning. Jun Ming was also friendly and informative, providing assurance during ballroom viewing.
Location
9/10
The hotel is near Kampong Glam (only a short walk away!). It's also near Arab Street with its vibrant restaurants and atmosphere. The hotel's location on a busy road did not affect the noise levels inside, thanks to soundproofing.

spacious room great price pool maintenance taxi alternative
The room was really spacious. It had a great price, too (i was kinda surprised). The shower was new and nice.
The swimming pool was under maintenance. It was not available for use during my full stay. I was informed of this after checking in and paying in full upfront for the stay. The alternative offered was for me to use their sister hotel's pool and gym. I needed to take a taxi for that and they offered to pay the taxi cost.

a wonderful escape
attentive service cute ambiance thoughtful touch perfect pool
The staff provided attentive service. bellboys were especially helpful with our luggage. the lobby exuded a cute ambiance. i loved the thoughtful touch of packed biscuits for the children, we felt so welcome. i had a really good size bed, it seemed like 6 foot width! the pool has a great view of the flyer. It was perfect.

The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. I slept so well. the shower worked well too. it was a pleasure after a long day of sightseeing.

I enjoyed ravioli at the ginger restaurant, it was delicious. the coffee from the coffee machine was superb. the buffet spread for media was good. I appreciated the variety.

adequate stay with some issues
faulty equipment phone beeping
the beds were comfy and they combined two twin beds well. this made it very comfortable for two adults and a child to sleep on.
i encountered issues with faulty equipment that affected my sleep. one night, a bathroom light kept turning on by itself and maintenance fixed it around midnight. another night, the phone started beeping at 3:45 am and i could not unplug it.
